- an author. 'Double Decker Bus' is to be published in an antholgy of short stories in late 2005 and developed into a short film.

- an investigative journalist for Epic, SL and Style magazines. Topics of interest: alternative medicines and therapies, youth culture pieces (including but not limited to, flesh branding, karma, job hate)

- an interviewer of, amongst others, Robbie Williams, South African gangsters, porn stars (Nina)!

- a scriptwriter for National Geographic Channel - Desert Lake Venture parts I and II (flighted October 2000) and eTV South Africa's CRAZ-e youth show

- a music reviewer (pop, rock, house, jazz)

- a travel writer for Travel News Weekly (TNW)
